Middle School Summer Kick-Off @ B22 Sports Complex
Sunday, June 11 :: 11:45am-5:00pm
Middle School Students who are entering 6th-8th grade in the fall of 2023 will meet in XA Gameroom for lunch after church. Then students will load up in the vans and go to B22 Sports Complex in Dry Prong for an afternoon of fun. Students will need to bring a change of clothes for the event. Parents will need to pick students up from XA Gameroom at 5 pm.
High School Trip to Kajun Fast Track
Wednesday, June 14, 2023 :: 6:00pm-12:00am
This trip is for all students entering the 9th-12th grades! We will meet in XA at 6:00 PM to load vans and head to Kajun Fast Track in Breaux Bridge, LA. We will arrive back for pick-up at XA by 12:00am. The cost of this event is $15.
Senior Adult Monthly Meeting
Thursday, June 15 :: 11:00am :: Calvary Hall
Senior Adults gather for worship and fellowship. The program begins at 11:00 am, with lunch following at approximately 12:00 noon.
Calvary Fishing Tournament
June 17 :: Cane River Lake @ Shell Beach landing
Safe Daylight until 1:00 pm. Fish Individually or as a team of two. $40.00 per person. Five Fish limit.
Special Needs Christian Bible Study
Registration for child and/or adult individuals attending any Special Needs classes,events, or respite nights. Completing this form will allow everyone who encounters your child to be prepared to care for them properly.
Calvary Marriage Weekend
September 15-17 :: Tall Timbers, Woodworth

Come join other couples from Calvary as we seek to reconnect, renew, and recharge our marriages. $200 per couple

SUMMER CAMPS & TRIPS
Vacation Bible School
June 5-9 :: Calvary Alexandria
Vacation Bible School is designed for children who have completed Pre-K4 (born by Sept. 30, 2018) to Grade 6 this year. It features Bible Study, Crafts, Missions, Music, and Recreation. All children are invited to attend. Registration will open Monday morning, June 5, at 8:00am in our Food Court area.

Woodworth Student Camp
June 26-30 :: Orange Beach, AL
Generate is the camp theme. Camp is open to students completing 7-12th grade. Cost is $350.

Fun In The Son Sports Camp & More
July 5-7 :: 8:30am-4:00pm :: Calvary Alexandria
A camp designed for children who have completed Kindergarten to Grade 4. Features sports, games, crafts, Bible time, and other activities. The cost is $75 when registered by June 1. After June 10, the cost increases to $100, and registration will be on a space-available basis.
XA High School Beach Camp Registration
July 17-22
Our Sr High is headed to Panama City Beach, Fl July 17th-22th. Don’t miss out on this amazing chance to get away with your friends and make new ones! Camp is a fun and exhilarating way to grow deeper in your relationship with God! Register today! Cost is $399. Parents must complete the Medical Release Form and the Medical Information Form sent from DocuSign for each student’s registration to be complete.
Pre-Teen Camp
July 27-29 :: Tall Timbers, Woodworth
A camp for children who will enter Grade 4 or 5 in August 2023. Bible study and fun crafts and activities. Online registration ends July 10, 2023. After that, the cost goes up to $185 and is on a space-available basis. Registration will be in the church office.
XA Middle School Camp Registration
July 27-30, 2023
XA Middle School Camp this summer will be at Tall Timbers in Woodworth, La. This camp is filled incredible Bible teaching, outdoor activities like the ropes course, outdoor sports, lake games, swimming, and bazooka ball. Student’s will be staying in cabins and experiencing the great outdoors with their friends! Our prayer is that the students would grow in their understanding of who God has made them to be.
Woodworth Kids Camp

Kids camp is for kids that have completed 3rd – 6th grades. The cost is $200, and the registration deadline is May 21. *Please note the two-part registration process when filling out your form.
