Meet our New Ministry Partner in Uganda
Church family, meet our newest ministry partner, Anyovi Joseph. Joseph has pastored for 11 years and recently planted Maaji Bible Church in Uganda, Africa. Joseph’s heart is in doing evangelistic work and pastoral training among the South Sudanese in the many refugee camps of northern Uganda. He is pursuing a theology degree at the Uganda Baptist Seminary. Calvary has supplied Joseph’s ministry with funds to distribute Bibles in many East African languages and a motorbike so he can travel to the refugee camps to share the Gospel. We are also funding his ministry with a seminary scholarship and a monthly stipend to support his family so he is free to minister. Joseph is married to Jessica, and they have four daughters: Desire Grace, 9, Mazira Blessing, 6, Mudua Mirriam, 4, and Alera Caroline, 11 months. They also care for four orphans: Igama Denis, 16, Asarah Janet, 18, Olega Joseph, 22, and Bacia Jovia, 16. Thank you, Calvary, for being a people who meet the needs of other ministries all over the world with your faithful and generous giving! – Clay Iles
