I am so thankful and humbled to have the opportunity to be part of this great church. My heart as your next Discipleship Pastor is to come alongside you and your leaders to continue to make Calvary a place where people are transformed by the Gospel of Jesus.
My passion is discipleship, and I believe the purpose of the church is to make disciples. Jesus says in Mark 1:17, “Follow me…and I will make you fish for people.” We see within Jesus’ invitation to be a disciple is the definition of a disciple. A disciple follows Jesus, is transformed by Jesus, and lives on mission for Jesus. Discipleship is a lifetime process we pursue, and I believe it’s best pursued together. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do promise to walk with you through all of life’s hills, valleys, and all the plains in between.
